Refund Policy

You may cancel your order placed within six hours from the time it is placed but a 15 % processing fee will apply to the order value in order to cover our admin costs towards the same. The 15 % shall be be deducted from the net amount received after card charges and exchange charges from our local bank, but this is on the basis that the package has not been opened from your end. In case it was , then we reserve the right to cancel your request of refund. The period for the same might take 5 to 15 working days to be concluded.
Refunds are only entertained in case of unfortunate very rare manufacturing defects.
